Alen Džu je iskusni producent sa više od 20 godina iskustva u filmskoj i TV produkciji. Osnivač je i generalni direktor kompanije Morejoy Entertaiment Co. Ltd, kao i bivši rukovodolac filmskog sektora kompanije Youku. Pozivan je da bude savetnik Međunarodnog filmskog festivala u Busanu (BIFF), mentor na Projektu Međunarodnog filmskog festivala u Šangaju (SIFF), kao i član žirija Projekta Prvog međunarodnog filmskog festivala.
Održao je uvodna predavanja na vodećim filmskim festivalima poput Međunarodnog filmskog festivala u Hongkongu, Međunarodnog filmskog festivala u Torontu Filmskog festivala u Kanu, Američkiog filmskog marketa i drugih. Zhu je bio vodeći producent na desetinama filmova, uključujući: Detektiv iz Kineske četvrti, Lov na čudovišta, Mi i oni, Učitelj, Osvajanje Tigrove planine, Spašavanje gospodina Vua i Iznenađenje, koji su ostvarili veliki uspeh uz ogromne prihode na bioskopskim blagajnama.
Allen Zhu is an experienced producer with over 20 years of experience in film and TV production. He is the founder and CEO of Morejoy Entertainment Co. Ltd, and a former head of the film division at Youku.
He has been invited to serve as an advisor to the Busan International Film Festival (BIFF), a mentor for the Shanghai International Film Festival’s (SIFF) Project, as well as a jury member for the First International Film Festival's Project. He has delivered keynote speeches at leading film festivals such as the Hong Kong International Film Festival, Toronto International Film Festival, Cannes Film Festival, American Film Market, among others.
Zhu has served as lead producer on dozens of films, including Detective Chinatown, Monster Hunt, Us and Them, The Master, The Taking of Tiger Mountain, Saving Mr. Wu, and Surprise, all of which achieved great success and generated substantial box office revenue.
