Tijana Prodanović

Tijana Prodanović is the chair of the Game Cinematics international selection jury.

Tijana is an astrophysicist, Associate Professor at the Department of Astronomy at the University of Belgrade, a scientist specializing in the application of artificial intelligence in the film industry, a science communicator, and the founder of the science communication association Naukom. She has been the program coordinator for the Researchers' Night in Novi Sad for over 10 years.

Tijana is also a creator of educational content on TikTok and Instagram, known as Dr. Cosmic Ray, where she explores topics related to science in films and TV series, among other subjects. Born in 1978 in Novi Sad, she graduated in astrophysics from the Faculty of Mathematics in Belgrade in 2001 and completed her doctoral studies in astrophysics at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, USA, in 2006.
