Aleksandra Tatić is a post-Yugoslav visual anthropologist and feminist activist.
She earned her PhD in Social Anthropology from the École des hautes études en sciences sociales. She co-founded the collective Divlja kruška, which is behind several award-winning short documentaries. Their first feature film, Flotation (2023), won awards for Best First Film at the Jean Rouch Festival in Paris, the Grand Prix at the Martovski Festival in Belgrade, and the EASA Mantas Kvedaravičius Film Award.
She is currently working on a feature-length documentary titled Foodcircuits, supported by the European Research Council (ERC), which explores the lives of food production workers from seven countries.
