In a Bulgarian village, six-year-old Gabo is searching for his grandfather Ivan’s bells so they can practice the ancient Kukeri tradition together, a ritual that uses the sound of bells to scare evil away.

Gabo has to learn the secrets of the tradition before the last of his grandfather’s memories fade.
