Ubrzo biva uvučena u mistični svet kojim vlada Car od žada, gde otkriva da su je duhovi Zodijaka prizvali kako bi im pomogla da se oslobode njegove represivne vlasti. Tokom svog putovanja, Rei se upliće u lične borbe i unutrašnje sukobe između Zodijaka, preuzimajući neočekivanu ulogu posrednika u njihovoj borbi za slobodu.
