Mahnwoo Kwon is jury memeber of Work in Progress selection.

Kwon is a professor at Kyungsung University in South Korea and a representative of the renowned Busan Content Market (BCM), one of the largest international platforms for the promotion and exchange of film, television, and related content, fostering international collaboration among film and television professionals as well as other entertainment industry representatives from around the world.

From 2014 to 2018, he served as an advisor to the Busan International Film Festival (BIFF), one of the most significant Asian film events held annually in Busan since 1996. Since 2021, he has been leading BCM, a market where annual transactions amount to around $100 million through the exchange of films, animations, video games, and other artistic and technological products.

Mahnwoo Kwon was a guest at the inaugural Novi Sad Film Festival, where he delivered a highly attended lecture as part of the Industry selection.
