Ena Rahelić has almost 15 years of experience in the cinema and media industry, which she pursued after studying journalism and communication. In Austria, she worked in TV and radio production, and for over seven years, she worked for the Obala Art Center (Sarajevo Film Festival) as a presenter of the CineLink Industry Daysprogram, the Operacija kino Operacija kinoproject, the Suočavanje s prošlošćuprogram, and as a distributor in the former Yugoslavia.

Since 2018, she has worked with the Split Mediterranean Film Festival as an advisor for the strategic development of European and children's projects, as well as the program's industrial head. She began managing the industrial component of the Vilnius International Festival,, Meeting Point Vilnus, last year and will continue to do so in 2023.
